Become a trader

    1. General stall (indoor) - Bring Your Own Table

      £45 per day (Table and chairs are not included. Please bring your own table no larger than 155cm * 75cm - TBC)

    2. General stall (indoor) - Hire Our Table

      £55 per day (Chairs are not included. Table size: TBC, not smaller than 155cm * 70cm)

    3. General stall - Bring Your Own Gazebo

      £90 per day (Table, chairs or gazebo are not included, please bring your own gazebo no larger than 3m*3m.)

    4. Hot Food Stall

      £120 per day (Table, chairs or gazebo are not included, please bring your own gazebo no larger than 3m*3m.)

      Please note that gas-powered stalls will be given priority. Electricity supply for hot food stalls is limited. Please list all your appliances in the remarks section, and we will contact you to discuss the details. Please note that electricity charges may apply, as we are still finalising arrangements with the venue.

      • Stall locations will be assigned by our team based on product type to ensure a well-balanced market layout.

    • Once you have submitted your application, we will email you within 10 working days to confirm whether your application has been successful.

    • You must carry valid product liability insurance to protect against claims such as food poisoning or injury caused by your products.

    • Photos from our previous fair can be found HERE.

    • By completing your payment, you will be deemed to have agreed to the T&Cs.

    • For General Stall, if you bring your own table and it exceeds our specified size, we reserve the right to require you to use our provided table instead. In such cases, you will be charged the standard table rental fee.

    Gazebo Space: A 3x3m space is available.
