  • Our fair blends East Asian traditions with the local community, creating a unique experience for all. As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, we’re bringing you delicious traditional East Asian food and festive vibes to celebrate under the full moon!

Please read the details carefully before submitting your application. More photos are available below.

    1. Indoor general stall

      £55 per day, 5” table and 2 chairs included.

    2. Indoor general stall (food related)

      £65 per day, 5” table and 2 chairs included.

      For packed or cold food only. Reheating on-site is not permitted.

    3. Outdoor general stall - Bring Your Own Gazebo (food related only)

      £100 per day, This space cannot be shared with other traders.

      (Table, chairs or gazebo are not included, please bring your own gazebo no larger than 3m*3m.)

    4. Hot food stall
      £170 per day (Table, chairs or gazebo are not included, please bring your own gazebo no larger than 3m*3m.)

      Please note that gas-powered stalls will be given priority. Electricity supply for hot food stalls is limited. Please list all your appliances in the remarks section, and we will contact you to discuss the details. Please note that electricity charges may apply, as we are still finalising arrangements with the venue.

      • Stall locations will be assigned by our team based on product type to ensure a well-balanced market layout.

    • Once you have submitted your application, we will email you within 10 working days to confirm whether your application has been successful.

    • Payment must be made within 5 days after the invoice is sent. If payment is not made within this time frame, we will assume you cannot attend and may invite other traders offering similar products.

    • There are two areas at the venue: one indoor and one outdoor. If you require electricity, please complete the request form, and we will review it and get back to you.

    • You must carry valid product liability insurance to protect against claims such as food poisoning or injury caused by your products.

    • Overnight storage is available for the indoor area. For the outdoor area, storage is at your own risk.

    • By completing your payment, you will be deemed to have agreed to the T&Cs.
