    1. Price Information

      We are in the process of VAT registration. Once we receive our VAT number, stall fees will be subject to 20% VAT. To support our stallholders, we will absorb 10% and stallholders will cover the remaining 10%.

      • A general invoice will be issued at the time of booking (without VAT).

      • A separate VAT invoice will be issued once our VAT number is active. Please note that HMRC processing can take 3–8 weeks, so the VAT invoice may be issued after the market.

      General Stall – Bring Your Own Table

      • £55 , after VAT with subsidy
        Table and chairs not included. Please bring your own table (max 155cm × 75cm).

      General Stall – Hire Our Table

      • £66, after VAT with subsidy
        Chairs not included. Table size: 155cm × 70cm.

      General Stall – Bring Your Own Gazebo

      • £110, after VAT with subsidy
        Table, chairs and gazebo not included. Please bring your own gazebo (max 3m × 3m).

      Hot Food Stall

      • £165, after VAT with subsidy
        Table, chairs and gazebo not included. Please bring your own gazebo (max 3m × 3m).

      For General Stall

      Stall Location: Your stall will be placed under one of our venue's pergolas.

      • Pergola Types:

        • Wooden Pergola : Sturdy wooden structure offering partial shade and shelter.

        • White Pergola with Mesh Fabric Cover : Sunproof but not rainproof, providing a bright and airy feel.

      • Stall locations will be assigned by our team based on product type to ensure a well-balanced market layout.

    • Once you have submitted your application, we will email you within 10 working days to confirm whether your application has been successful.

    • Payment must be made within 5 days after the invoice is sent. If payment is not made within this time frame, we will assume you cannot attend and may invite other traders offering similar products.

    • Please note this venue is a outdoor venue with no electricity supply.

    • You must carry valid public liability insurance to protect against claims from third parties for injury, property damage, or accidents that occur in connection with your business activities.

    • Overnight stock is not available.

    • By completing your payment, you will be deemed to have agreed to the T&Cs.

    • For General Stall, if you bring your own table and it exceeds our specified size, we reserve the right to require you to use our provided table instead. In such cases, you will be charged the standard table rental fee.
