Welcome to our London Lunar New Year Fair. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before applying for a spot at our fair.

歡迎參加我們的倫敦年宵聚。請在報名參展前仔細閱讀以下條款和條件。

1. Booth Spaces 攤位空間

  1. Liability Insurance

    • All vendors must have product liability insurance.

    • 所有攤位商應該擁有產品責任保險。

  2. Standard Booth Equipment

    • Booking includes one table and two chairs, with no additional equipment provided.

    • 大會將會提供一張桌子和兩張椅子,無法提供額外的設備。

  3. Requirements for Hot Food Vendors

    • Hot food vendors must book at least two tables and are limited to two food items. Vendors preparing full menus or requiring significant electricity (e.g., for egg waffles) should select an outdoor stall.

    • For assistance on choosing a stall type, please contact us.

    • 基於安全考慮,所有售賣熱食的攤位必須預訂至少兩張桌子,最多兩種食品種類。如果你提供完整菜單/有大型電力需求(例如雞蛋仔),請選擇室外食品攤位。如你不確定食品種類的數量如何計算,請先聯系我們。

  4. Electricity Requirements

    • Electricity costs £10 per day. Vendors requiring electricity must specify items, quantity, and wattage on the application.

    • All appliances must pass PAT testing. Improper use of electrical devices may result in revocation of booth without refund.

    • 所有電器必須通過PAT測試。如發現電器使用不當,攤位將被取消且不予退款。

  5. Preference for Outdoor Gas Use

    • Outdoor hot food vendors using gas are preferred for stable power supply.

    • 為確保穩定的電力供應,使用gas的戶外熱食攤位會有較高入選機會。

  6. Venue Policy

    Vendors are prohibited from closing their booths or leaving early without permission.

    未經大會批准,你不能提前關閉攤位或離場。

  7. Table layout 

    • Table layout of the fair will be planned and determined by us. If you would like to choose your booth location, please purchase a priority pass. 

    • 攤位位置將由大會確定,如果你想選擇攤位位置,請同時購買優先通行證

2. Responsibilities, Liability, and Miscellaneous 責任、負責及其他事項

  1. Vendor Responsibility

    • We are not liable for products or services, including food and beverages, provided by vendors.

    • Vendors must ensure all products comply with legal requirements and are non-infringing.

    • We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to your stock on the day of the fair.

    • 大會對市集攤位販售的任何產品或服務,包括食品和飲料,概不負責。

    • 你需全權負責確保你的產品符合可能適用的任何法律要求。

    • 大會不對市集當天庫存損失或損壞負責。

  2. Revocation Rights

    • We reserve the right to revoke a vendor's place if products do not meet legal requirements or for inappropriate behavior. This includes disrespectful actions towards staff, vendors, or customers, as well as any product plagiarism.

    • 如果你的產品不符合法律要求或行為不當,大會將保留取消你的位置,不予退款。

  3. Venue Policy

    • Vendors are prohibited from closing their booths or leaving early without permission.

    • 未經大會批准,你不能提前關閉攤位或離場。

  4. Booth Maintenance and Venue Damage

    • Vendors are responsible for keeping booths clean and removing waste. Any damage to the venue or equipment must be compensated.

    • 在市集當天,你必須保持攤位整潔。有可能需要自行帶走自己的垃圾。場地或設備損壞需負責修理費用。

  5. Booth Absences and Location

    • Missing or forfeiting a spot forfeits any refund or replacement. Booth layout is determined by us, but vendors can purchase a priority pass to choose a location.

    • 如果基於任何原因你缺席或放棄市集位置,我們無法安排後補,不予退款。攤位位置由大會確定。

  6. Payment Systems and Brand Policy

    • Vendors must bring their own payment terminals. We are not responsible for product similarities between brands and reserve the right to choose participating brands.

    • 大會不提供任何付款終端機。大會保留選擇品牌的權利,且對於出現相似產品概不負責。

  7. Future Fairs and Media Use

    • Participation does not guarantee a place in future fairs. For each fair you wish to take part in, you’ll need to complete and submit a separate application, to be approved by us.

    • Photos and videos may be used on our social media unless otherwise requested.

    • 曾參加以往市集並不保證你能在我們將來的市集中獲得位置。你需要再次填寫並提交申請。

    • 大會可能拍攝短片和照片用於社交媒體。如果你希望避免這種情況,請提前告訴我們。

3. F&B related Vendor-Specific Terms & Conditions F&B 攤位的特定條款

  1. Allergen Awareness

    • Vendors must label allergens clearly and inquire about customer allergies.

    • 你有責任告知客戶你產品中可能含有的過敏原。所有過敏原必須在攤位上清晰標示。

  2. Food Safety Certification

    • All food vendors must hold a valid Safe Food Handler’s Certificate.Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your place at the market without refund.

    • 所有準備食品的攤位必須持有有效的食品安全操作證書。如果未能遵守此規定,將會取消你在市場的位置,並且不予退款。

  3. Waste Management

    • Approval is required for waste disposal. Any damages from waste mismanagement will be charged to the vendor.

    • 傾倒所有廢水、廢油及廚餘前請先得大會同意。如在未根據大會指引下造成現場設施損毁,將需由攤檔負責人承擔相關維修及清潔費用。

4. Payment and Booking 付款與預訂

  1. Payment Terms

    • Bookings must be paid within 5 days after receiving the payment link. Late payments may result in loss of booth allocation.

    • 款項需在付款鏈接發送後5天內完成。

  2. Refunds

    • Fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    • 費用不可退款或轉讓。
